You set aside pre-tax dollars from your paycheck. Unused dollars at the end of the benefit year cannot be refunded to you.	Available if you participate in a qualified High Deductible Health Plan. You set aside pre-tax dollars from your paycheck (if payroll deduction is offered), or make tax-deductible payments to your account. Unused dollars carry over from year to year, regardless of changes in employment.	Your employer provides a special account for eligible out-of-pocket expenses. Unused dollars may carry over to the next year, depending on your employer.
