A Flexible Spending Account (FSA) will help you save on out-of-pocket healthcare costs. It's a reimbursement account, offered by your employer, that allows you to contribute pre-tax dollars from your paycheck to cover eligible healthcare expenses. Since the money you're setting aside is not taxed, it's like getting a raise. If you don't use all of the money in your account by the end of the benefit plan year, it cannot be refunded. But the risk you take of not using it all is quite low.
